EVENT SCHEDULE:

06.20 Extended Middle Distance, Pakarklės forest. Coordinates: (to be provided later) 16:00

06.21 Extended Middle Distance, Pakarklės forest. Coordinates: (to be provided later) 12:00

06.22 City Race, Vilkija. Coordinates: (to be provided later) 11:00

Award ceremony will take place on June 22 at 15:00

• Registration is open online until June 13.

• SI card rental– 1€ per day.

• Start fees must be paid via Paysera or bank transfer.

• During the event, payments can only be made for Open courses.

• After June 13, no further registrations will be accepted. The only way to participate after the registration deadline is via OPEN courses (subject to availability.

OPEN COURSES:

• OPEN courses – no pre-registration required.

• There will be three different-lenght courses available for runners and MTBO.

• OPEN participants start individually at a time of their choosing.

• Entry fee: 10€ per O-foot course, 15€ per MTBO course, tickets can be purchased at the competition center.

ACCOMMODATION:

Competition campsite – Sadauskai Homestead.

Tent prices:

• 1-2 person tent: 5 € per day or 15 € for all 3 days;

• 3+ people tents: 10 € per day or 25 € for all 3 days;

• Campers/RV's: 40 € for all 3 days.
  The campsite will have water, toilets and a small lake.

CAR PARKING:

• Parking fee: 3 for all three days or 1 per day.

• Cars must be parked in the areas designated by the organisers.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES:

• Food truck - available on all competition days.

• Childcare zone - available during all competition days.

ELECTRONIC TIMING SYSTEM:

• The SPORTident system will be used during the competition.

• Participants who do not provide their SI card number by June 12 will be assigned a rental card.

• In case of loss or failure to return the SI card, the full card replacement cost will be charged.

AWARDS:

• Daily winners will receive special souvenirs.

• Overall winners (after all 3 days) will be awarded with medals, souvenirs and sponsor prizes.

• If there are 3 or fewer participants in an age group, only the 1st place will be awarded.

• All participants in the M/W8 and M/W10 groups who complete all courses will receive medals.
